Exactly how money
moves with us.
No vague promises. This is the literal sequence of every car purchase we close — what happens, in what order, and the rules we never break. Read this before any transfer, every time.
STEP 01
Inquiry confirmed by WhatsApp
Once you message us about a car or send a request, we confirm availability, condition, and current pricing directly on WhatsApp. No middleman; the person you message is the person handling your purchase.
STEP 02
Inspection is scheduled
Before any money moves, you (or a mechanic you trust) inspect the car. You can come to our lot in Lagos, meet at a mutually convenient location, or have us bring the car to you. We pause the process for as long as your inspection takes.
STEP 03
Documents and condition are reviewed
We walk you through customs status, duty payment, registration, ownership documents, and any known issues. Anything that isn't clean is told to you upfront — not after the deposit.
STEP 04
Official payment details sent only on official channels
When you decide to proceed, our bank details are sent ONLY from our verified WhatsApp Business number (the same one in our footer) or from our @qualityautosignatures.com email. They are never sent from a personal phone, a different number, or a Gmail address claiming to be us.
STEP 05
Bank account name must match the business name
Our official bank account is registered under our business name. The account name on the transfer screen will match the name on this site. If a bank account name doesn't match, stop and message us on our verified number to confirm.
STEP 06
We never request payment into a personal account
Ever. Not for a "discount." Not because of a "system issue." Not because someone's "out of town." If anyone messages you claiming to be us and asks for a personal-account transfer, it is fraud. Screenshot it and forward it to our official channel.
STEP 07
You can pause if anything looks suspicious
You are never obligated to proceed at any stage. If something feels off, pause. Verify the channel. Check the bank name. Re-read this page. Ask us again. We would rather lose a sale than have a buyer feel pressured.
Red lines we will never cross
- We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
- We will never pressure you to skip the inspection.
- We will never send bank details from a phone number or email that doesn't match the ones on this site.
- We will never offer a “discount” that requires you to pay outside our normal channels.
- We will never ask you to send airtime, gift cards, or crypto in place of a bank transfer.
